A Theoretical Method for Designing Thin Wobble Motor Using an Electromagnetic Force and an Electropermanent Magnet for Application in Portable Electric Equipment

The thin wobble motors that are required to hold rating shafts employ an electropermanent magnet. This turns the holding force on and off by applying a momentary electrical pulse. To design magnet devices without need for finite element analyses, theoretical model is necessary predicting attractive force. In this paper, first, derived estimating permeance around air gap.
